Adrian is originally from Wexford. He is a professionally qualified chef with over 15+ years experience in contemporary Irish cuisine. He has been living in Celbridge, co. Kildare for the past years. During his free time, he goes for walks in the nearby magnificent grounds of Castletown House with his jack terrier.
